If your idea of sailing doesn’t necessarily involve thirty-degree air and sea temperatures, but you’re drawn to more adventurous experiences, our discovery cruise in northern Scotland might be just for you.
Deep fjords lined with steep cliffs, lush green landscapes, fewer tourists, but also a greater chance of challenging conditions — including the need to work with currents and tides — all define the character of this region, one that every skilled skipper should have in their logbook. And on top of that, you can experience sailing through a canal with locks, and any lover of good whisky will appreciate a visit to one of the local distilleries.
